Seven-day free trial
The Founding Trader plan starts with a seven-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged for the subscription until the trial ends. Cancel before the end of the trial to avoid the first $19 charge.
Monthly automatic renewal
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins at $19 per month. Stripe charges the payment method on file when the trial ends and automatically every month afterward until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.
How to cancel
- Sign in to SignalAudit.
- Open Billing from the account controls.
- Choose the option to cancel your subscription in the Stripe billing portal.
- Complete the confirmation before your next renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. Canceling a trial takes effect before the first paid period begins. Deleting the app from a device, not using the service, or signing out does not cancel billing.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable and SignalAudit does not issue prorated refunds or credits for a partially used billing period. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
If you believe you were charged twice or charged in error, contact our beta support inbox promptly at hometownbuyerclub@outlook.com. Include the account email and charge date, but never email a full card number, password, API key, or brokerage credential.
Failed payments and founding pricing
A failed or overdue payment may restrict paid access. You can update your payment method through the Billing portal. The $19 Founding Trader rate remains available while that subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and return later, the plan and price available at that time may be different.
