1. Agreement and operator
SignalAudit is operated by Sky Ridge Capital LLC (“Sky Ridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using SignalAudit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. What SignalAudit is — and is not
SignalAudit is a self-directed planning, journaling, trade-review, position-sizing, playbook, CSV-import, analytics, prop-rule tracking, and signal-receipt tool for futures traders. It does not place or route trades, prevent an order, connect to a brokerage account, provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, act as a broker or fiduciary, serve as an authoritative source for exchange or prop-firm requirements, or promise any trading result.
Futures trading is volatile, complex, and risky. You can lose all of your investment and, in some circumstances, more than the amount initially invested. You alone decide whether, when, and how to trade. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. See the CFTC’s futures market guidance.
4. Beta service
SignalAudit is in beta. Features may be incomplete, change, experience interruption, or be removed. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service and may limit beta enrollment. We will use reasonable care, but the beta is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Your data and trading records
You retain ownership of the session plans, playbooks, imported trade records, prop-account rules, journal entries, structured trade reviews, daily debriefs, webhook payloads, and other content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support SignalAudit. You are responsible for your records and should maintain any independent copies required for tax, regulatory, or personal purposes.
6. Trial, subscription, and cancellation
- The Founding Trader plan begins with a seven-day free trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges your payment method $19 and your monthly subscription begins.
- The subscription automatically renews every month at $19 until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing portal in SignalAudit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months.
You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees and applicable taxes. The $19 Founding Trader rate remains available while that subscription stays continuously active; a canceled subscription may not be eligible for the same rate if you return later. Additional detail appears in our Billing & Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use SignalAudit to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or submit content you are not allowed to use;
- probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, or compromise the service or another user’s workspace;
- reverse engineer or copy non-public parts of the service except where the law expressly allows it;
- share access, resell the service, or use automated access beyond the interfaces we provide; or
- send secrets, brokerage credentials, payment-card data, malware, or harmful code through a webhook.
8. Our intellectual property
SignalAudit, its software, design, branding, and original content belong to Sky Ridge or its licensors. Subject to these terms and an active account, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service.
9. Third-party services
SignalAudit relies on third-party services, including Stripe for billing, OpenAI for Sign in with ChatGPT, and Supabase for passwordless email verification. Their services and policies also govern your direct interactions with them. We are not responsible for third-party outages or conduct outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalAudit is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty based on course of dealing. We do not warrant that the service, alerts, calculations, or data will always be accurate, available, or suitable for a trading decision. Position-size calculations and prop-rule trackers are estimates based on the values you provide. Before trading, verify contract specifications, brokerage records, live balances, and your firm’s current rules with the applicable source. A “clear” protection result means only that the proposed trade did not cross the rules and values recorded in SignalAudit; it is not permission, advice, or a guarantee of compliance.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Ridge and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from SignalAudit will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SignalAudit at any time, but stopping use does not cancel an active subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law.
13. Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court in Florida with jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as SignalAudit changes. We will post the revised version and update its effective date, and will provide additional notice when legally required. Questions may be sent to our beta support inbox at hometownbuyerclub@outlook.com.
